Workforce Diversity and Inclusion is a Business Imperative

Is your company building its capacity to engage a diverse workforce? Talented and dedicated people are one of the most important assets a company can have. With today’s workforce population being more diverse than ever before – made up of multiple generations, individual identities, perspectives, and experiences – it is important to have an effective inclusion strategy. Luncheon speaker Sonya Hughes will share three things companies can do to achieve business goals through workforce diversity and inclusion.
